We are affirming of all different types of romantic, platonic, queer platonic, sexual, and family relationships! We especially welcome the polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous communities as well as folks in other “non-traditional” family structures.
60-minute relationship therapy sessions focus on the good and the goals in your life together - relationship therapy is a place where you, your loved one(s), and the therapist are all on the side of co-creating loving, healthy relationship patterns that can long outlive your time in therapy.
90-minute extended sessions & multi-session packages are also available!

Children and (especially!) teenagers don’t come with an instruction manual. As much love and dedication as you have for your kid(s), it can be hard to navigate the challenges life throws at families. Evolving identities, neurodivergence, new technologies, loss & change, intergenerational patterns, and challenging youth behaviors are just some of the themes we see.
We know that family is the most important and impactful part of a young person’s life. The way you model relationships, communication, and problem-solving now forms the foundation for your child’s whole life. Every parent/ caregiver’s goal is to see their kid grow up to be a happy, healthy, well-adjusted adult. That’s our goal too.
We welcome and celebrate people in nontraditional parenting roles - third parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, step-parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, and everyone in between!
You bring your expertise on your family’s unique dynamics, strengths, and challenges and we’ll bring our empathy, nonjudgmental stance, and toolbox of skills and strategies to help you reach your goals.
Caregiver support is available as either individual therapy and/or family therapy.

At Transformation Clinical Services, we recognize that social workers, therapists, & other human services professionals come to therapy with a unique and valuable skill set that can turbo-charge their healing journey.
We all know that those of us who dedicate our lives to being the helpers do so out of more than just an inherent sense of altruism. Usually it’s that we - or someone we love - didn’t get that support in a time of need. This is especially true for those of us who are queer, neurodivergent, or hold other marginalized identities.
Through our professional education and into our careers, there is a lot of talk about resisting compassion fatigue, fighting burnout and vicarious trauma, but very little in the way of practical help in doing exactly that. The weight of systemic failures, our clients’ pain, and complex workplace and economic dynamics can leave us depleted, disheartened, and even experiencing moral injury.
Plus, the dynamics, difficulties, and experiences that brought us into this field haven’t gone away - we’re expected to do our own healing in our spare time (whether or not we have any!) while helping everyone else day after day.
In the current cultural, political, and economic environment, this can feel a lot like building a plane while we’re flying it, with only some of the necessary parts, while it’s also on fire.
Many of us - myself included - have found that this cycle can leave us exhausted far beyond what a good night’s sleep or a vacation can fix. Unaddressed, it can lead to clinically-significant mood disruptions and trauma-related symptoms, and quietly erode our judgment and clinical abilities. Yet it’s often difficult for us to get quality therapy and support for ourselves in a way that honors and builds off of our clinical knowledge and experience.
We both know this pattern. We’ve both lived it. We can break it. Together.
“A joy shared is a double joy. A burden shared is half a burden.”
